Client Onboarding Associate at Penfold

Description

We are seeking a Client Onboarding Associate to address areas of underperformance in our sales pipelines at Penfold.

This role will focus on:

1. being the point of contact for interested inbound contacts that haven’t started the sign-up journey with Penfold, i.e., prospective employers or directors that fill out a web form / book a call in directly to chat with us and ask for information about Penfold.
2. engaging with clients that have started/completed the sign-up process but have not onboarded (you do not need to resolve all problems independently, but need to instigate a resolution)

This will mainly mean talking to (prospective) clients on the phone or via video call, and occasionally via email, to ensure they a) choose to sign up with Penfold and b) complete the onboarding process, thus becoming an active client. You will be the key point of contact for such clients.

Key Requirements

Strong communicator: good communication skills to understand what clients’ situations and problems are effectively, confidently navigate the client to a resolution directly or via others, and work with internal teams effectively;

Proactive self-starter: ability to work independently and take initiative whilst handling imperfect data/processes today;

Organisation: experienced with CRM style systems to manage workflows and ability to manage multiple competing priorities & cases simultaneously;

Smart: sharp problem-solving skills when on the phones with clients and ability to represent how Penfold can solve client problems.

Work environment

We would like you to work from our office throughout your time with Penfold. We will provide you with all the equipment you need (laptop, headset etc.). We don't have a dress code—wear what you're most comfortable in.

Breaks and lunch

1-hour lunch break, up to you when you take it. Shorter 10-15 min breaks allowed throughout the day.
