GoWorkaBit is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who’s passionate about results, not to-do lists. Your work will support our growth in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania by bringing our flexible workforce solutions to even more people.

Why does this role exist?
Our digital marketing channels need someone who can run them independently—tactically, precisely, and results-oriented. The CMO is there for strategic direction, but you are the hands-on executor who makes things happen.

How to succeed in this role?

- You manage all digital channels like a pro: Google Ads and Search, Meta, LinkedIn, blog—you let the results speak for themselves.

- Email marketing runs like clockwork—your MailChimp and Intercom campaigns reach the right people at the right time.

- You collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to understand what truly works and turn that into actionable marketing.

- You use data and available tools to optimize every campaign—test, measure, and adjust accordingly.

- You take full ownership of your OKRs and KPIs—you’re in charge of your own dashboard and development.

Bonus points if…

- You’re into AI and use various AI tools in your daily work.

- You have previous experience working with OKRs.

- You’re naturally resourceful and proactive.

GoWorkaBit is a fully remote team—we don’t have an office, and we don’t meet weekly in person. We agree on the expected workload for each team member, but when and how the work gets done is entirely up to you. That said, we encourage you to consider the needs of your role and teammates to make sure your flexibility doesn’t affect the quality or timing of your output.

We respect everyone’s time, and outside of standard working hours (8 AM – 5 PM), we try not to disturb each other unless absolutely necessary. This gives everyone the chance to unplug and recharge.

If you’re located in the Baltics, you’re welcome to join our Monthly team meeting in Tallinn, and three times a year we also get together just to relax and spend some quality time outside of work.

Each employee also receives a dedicated budget to set up a comfortable home office.

Our daily working language is English, so you’ll need to be confident and fluent in communicating about your field in English.
