We are looking for interviewers to conduct interviews for a well-known supermarket brand. You will be conducting short in-store customer interviews, the interviews will be face to face and on site. An interview consists of 11 questions. Our aim is to interview as many customers as possible who visit in our store from Monday to Sunday.

We are looking for communicative, open-minded and reliable people. It is important that you speak Estonian.

The survey will be conducted in a LIDL store in Tallinn. The exact addresses will be provided with the order confirmation.

Procedure:

After we have selected you for the position, you will receive a job description and briefing by e-mail. You will be trained in advance and work in a small team (2-3 interviewers) during your assignment on site. There will be no additional training on site, so it is very important that you contact the project manager if you have any further questions before your assignment. The project manager will be available to you at all times during your shift.

Lidl is aware of the study. If you have any problems or difficulties, you can contact the project manager at any time by email or WhatsApp (in English or Estonian).

The survey will be conducted using an app. Detailed instructions will be sent to you by e-mail after the order has been approved. The application must be downloaded from the Play Store or App Store.

To ensure that you are in the right place, we ask you to have the work slip (date, time of start and end of work) signed by the employee and send us a photo of the slip at the start of work.

Inglise keele oskus on vajalik ettevõttega suhtlemiseks, juhendite lugemiseks ning tööülesannete mõistmiseks. Eesti keele oskus on vajalik küsitluste läbiviimiseks.
Proficiency in English is required for communication with the company, understanding work instructions, and reading manuals. Proficiency in Estonian is necessary for conducting surveys.

Darba vide

The interviews will take place inside of the shops right after the cash-outs so the climate is quite convenient. Please wear business casual clothes preferably black and white. Wear comfortable shoes.

Pārtraukumi un pusdienas

You will take a short break every two hours, everybody working 8h or longer get a 30 min lunch-break. All breaks are paid!
